Teaching practice in our eyes

   

         Teaching practice is the most important stage for becoming teacher. Because student teachers  create real ability for profession in this stage. However secondary school teacher’s teaching activity was interesting and easy to see, it is not easy to teach as a teacher. We observe subject teachers at work and to learn about teachers’ skills, strategies and classroom achievements. We made some decision. For example: The most important problems to teach:

1.     How to motivate students?

2.     How to teach the lesson effectively?

3.     How to organize classroom management?

4.     How to get students to become active during the lesson?

Some students don’t do the lesson. This situation affect badly for the other students and teacher. In this situation teacher have to motivate students for the lesson. Teacher only have not to teach the lesson, in other words they have to help students for participating any competition, give some advice, and have a fun together them. We understood that students don’t like teacher who only teach, and always talk about lesson. We have to become a good teacher but it is not good teacher.
